Refund and Return Policy

Food supplements that are sealed for health protection may fall under withdrawal exceptions once opened. Read section 3 carefully before breaking hygiene seals.

1. Right of withdrawal for distance contracts

If you qualify as a consumer under Directive 2011/83/EU, you generally have fourteen days from the day you physically receive the goods to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason. You must inform us clearly (email is sufficient) before the deadline expires. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal notice.

Exceptions apply where goods are made to your specifications, rapidly perishable, or—critically—sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery, provided you were informed of this exception before purchase. Many dietary supplement bottles meet this profile once the safety seal is broken.

2. How to initiate a return

Email chat@srexalonkholvexx.world with your order number, the items you wish to return, and whether the seals remain intact. Wait for return authorisation and the correct warehouse address. Returns sent without authorisation may be delayed or refused. Include proof of purchase and, for defect claims, clear photographs of the outer carton, batch code, and affected units.

3. Condition of returned goods

For withdrawal-eligible returns, goods must be in substantially the same condition as received, with original packaging where reasonable. If you handled the goods beyond what is necessary to establish nature and function, we may deduct an amount reflecting diminished value.

Opened supplement bottles with broken tamper-evidence are typically non-refundable under hygiene exceptions unless the product is defective or not as described, in which case statutory remedies apply.

4. Defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or materially different from what you purchased, notify us within forty-eight hours of delivery with photos. 5. Refund method and timing

If you purchased a bundle at a discount and return only part of it, we may recalculate pricing to reflect standalone item prices before issuing a partial refund.

8. Chargebacks and payment disputes

Contact us before initiating a card chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly. Chargebacks may delay refunds while banks investigate and can incur administrative fees where contractually permitted.

9. Corporate and wholesale orders

B2B contracts may specify different return windows, restocking fees, or minimum order quantities. Those contractual terms, when signed, prevail over this consumer-oriented summary to the extent permitted.

10. Sustainability note
