If you are a consumer under EU law, mandatory protections in your country of residence may apply in addition to these Terms. Nothing here limits non-waivable rights.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
By browsing or purchasing, you declare that you are at least eighteen years old and legally capable of entering contracts. Business customers warrant authority to bind their organisation. If you use the site on behalf of another person, you confirm you have permission to do so.
2. Product nature and regulatory framing
Elarvo is marketed as a food supplement, not a medicinal product, unless separately authorised. Descriptions emphasise formulation transparency and routine use. They are not medical advice. Consult qualified professionals for health decisions. Compliance statements on labelling prevail over website summaries if they diverge.
3. Account, guest checkout, and communications
Where accounts exist, you must keep credentials confidential and notify us of suspected compromise. We may send transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates, legal notices). Marketing emails require separate opt-in where required by law.
4. Orders, pricing, and taxes
Product listings invite offers. A binding contract forms when we send order acceptance or ship goods, whichever is earlier under our internal process. Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and include VAT or sales tax only when explicitly stated. Customs duties and import taxes outside the EU may be your responsibility as importer of record.
Obvious pricing errors may be corrected before dispatch; we will offer cancellation or revised pricing if you disagree.
5. Payment
Payments are processed by certified providers. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. You authorise us and processors to charge applicable amounts. Failed payments may lead to order suspension.
6. Shipping, title, and risk
Delivery timelines are estimates. Risk of loss passes according to the Incoterm or carrier terms stated at checkout. Title passes upon full payment unless local law mandates otherwise. You must provide accurate delivery details; redelivery fees may apply if shipments return due to address errors.
7. Intellectual property
All content on srexalonkholvexx.world—including text, layout, Elarvo marks, graphics, and code—is owned by us or licensors. You receive a limited, revocable licence to browse and print reasonable copies for personal shopping. Any commercial reproduction requires written consent.
8. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, probe for vulnerabilities beyond good-faith disclosure programmes we publish, scrape inventory in bulk without permission, harass staff, submit unlawful content, or attempt to circumvent technical controls.
9. Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted, the site and products are provided as available. Implied warranties are disclaimed where allowable. Statutory consumer guarantees on conformity remain unaffected for qualifying purchases.
10. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, except where such exclusion is void. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to these Terms or a specific order is limited to the greater of one hundred euros or the amount you paid for the affected order in the six months before the event giving rise to liability, unless mandatory law sets a higher floor.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of products contrary to label directions, or unlawful content you submit, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
12. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delay or failure due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labour disputes, utility failures, or government actions, provided prompt notice and mitigation efforts.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would apply another jurisdiction. EU consumers may sue in their country of residence where consumer regulations require. Business users agree that courts in Aarhus have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to non-waivable rights.
14. Severability and assignment
If a provision is invalid, the remainder stays effective. We may assign contracts to affiliates or successors in connection with a merger or asset sale; you may not assign without our consent.
15. Advertising accuracy, Denmark, and the EU
We seek to comply with the Danish Marketing Practices Act (Markedsføringsloven), the EU Unfair Commercial Practices Directive (2005/29/EC) as implemented in Denmark, and applicable self-regulatory codes. Food supplements are not presented as medicines. Health-related statements follow EU rules on nutrition and health claims (Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006) on authorised labelling only.
Indicative or example prices on the website are not binding until confirmed in an order summary, invoice, or checkout step. We do not use fake countdown timers or false “last unit” scarcity to pressure purchases. Testimonials and ratings, if shown, reflect stated individual experiences and are not guarantees of future results or typical outcomes.
